20 Best Fat Burning Foods

It is true that certain foods have a very thermogenic effect on the body. This means that those foods facilitate heat or calorie burning. Some things you eat can help to give you metabolism spikes and trigger hormones to release fat. Here are twenty foods that do just that. However, please understand that these foods will give you a boost on an already clean eating regime. There are no fat burning foods that will overcome potato chips, ice cream, and cheese burgers!
Watermelon
A study conducted in the 2011 showed that arginine that watermelon has can lower body fat by up to 64% in as little as three months. Also, since watermelons are high in water, it tends to make you feel fuller faster without taking in a lot of calories.
Milk
Taking in a decent amount of milk coupled with a low-carb diet has proven to aid in not just preventing osteoporosis, but is very useful in keeping you lean and your fat-level to a minimum. However be sure to take in more than 600mg of calcium a day.
